Background
Nadine has practiced in the area of family law since 2004. Nadine's real passion and focus is in family law, although she also gained practical experience in handling property, commercial and criminal law matters before joining Nicholes Family Lawyers in 2006.
Legal expertise
Nadine has worked exclusively in the area of Family Law and De Facto Law since 2004. Nadine has a broad range of experience in both children’s and property matters which has involved several international family law matters involving Hague applications and non-Hague matters relating to international child relocation issues. One of Nadine’s passions is property matters of high net worth where Nadine is able to use her investigative skills and enjoys working with forensic experts. Nadine also has extensive experience in the preparation of Binding Financial Agreements and Child Support Agreements for married and de facto couples prior to, during and after their marriage/relationships.
In March 2009 Nadine completed the Collaborative Law training in Sydney, over 3 days led by Sherrie Abney a Collaborative Lawyer, from Texas, USA. Nadine is very committed to assisting family law and de facto law clients to resolve their disputes with alternative family dispute resolution services rather then Court litigation, such as Collaborative Law.
