Monica was admitted to practice in 1998 and gained substantial experience in family law and general litigation since that time.

legal expertise

Practising exclusively in family law, Monica has expertise in all aspects of matrimonial and domestic and same sex property matters, including issues relating to children (residence, contact and international and interstate relocation applications), child support, complex property settlements (property and maintenance negotiations, advice and preparation of binding financial agreements) and intervention order matters.

Monica also has a keen interest in alternate dispute resolution, recently having undertaken training in mediation and in collaborative law.
